Here is an updated render showing an arterial thrombus, or blood clot resulting from the rupture of the arterial wall, taken from a recent animation. There are some elements missing here, ie: platelets and many more rbcs and wbcs (which were present in the versions of this image shown prior to this posting) I'll try to update the image soon.
