HPV animation shots
After Effects, CINEMA 4D
December 2006

Here are a few shots from an animation I just finished at 3FX, which shows how the human papilloma virus (HPV) infects its host.

All done in Cinema 4D 10, with the new Mograph module for much of the effects work. Post work was done in After Effects, using such plugins as Trapcode's Particular for the "floaties",--also Starglow, and Shine. Frischluft's Lenscare was used for DOF. ReVision Reelsmart motion blur was used in some shots as well.
